At Loma, we take great pride in crafting premium, made-to-order cocktails and bar experiences for our customers. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds or returns unless the product or service is not as described.
2. No Refunds on Made-to-Order Products
All our products, including Booze Boxes, cocktail mixes, infused spirits, and event hire services, are made to order based on customer selections. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds or partial reimbursements may be considered under the following circumstances:
Product Not as Described: If the delivered product or service significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
Service Issues: If our event service does not meet the agreed terms, we will review the case and offer a solution, which may include a partial refund or service credit.
4. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund review, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order (find our contact details at the bottom of this post policy). Please provide:
Your order details (order number, name, and delivery date).
A clear explanation of the issue.
Photos of any damaged or incorrect items, if applicable.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. We do not refund service fees, delivery charges, or deposits unless explicitly stated.
