By participating in our free cocktail sample offer (“Offer”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before providing your email address and requesting your sample.

1. Offer Overview

• Free Sample Offer: In exchange for providing your valid email address, you will receive a free cocktail sample.

• Sample Selection: The cocktail sample offered is selected by Loma. No substitutions or requests for a specific sample will be accepted.

2. Eligibility and Delivery

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this Offer.

• Geographic Limitation: This Offer is available only for delivery to addresses within Hong Kong, specifically within the regions of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or the New Territories. Deliveries outside these areas are not eligible.

• Delivery Timeframe: Once your email is received and verified, your free cocktail sample will be dispatched. Delivery is estimated to take 2-3 days from the time of email receipt.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Product Details

• Cocktail Sample: Each free sample is intended for the creation of one cocktail.

• Additional Ingredients: Please note that while the cocktail sample is provided free of charge, the necessary soda to complete the cocktail must be purchased separately by the customer.

4. Communication and Consent

• Email Communications: By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications related to this Offer, including order confirmations, delivery updates, and other relevant notifications. Your email will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving further communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails. However, opting out may impact your ability to receive important updates regarding this Offer.

5. Limitations and Restrictions

• One Sample per Email: This Offer is limited to one free cocktail sample per unique email address. Duplicate entries using the same email will not be eligible for additional samples.

• Non-Transferable: The free cocktail sample is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the individual whose email address was submitted.

• No Cash Value: The free cocktail sample has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or any other product.

6. Modifications and Termination

• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
